Several initiatives are currently pending in Michigan that would bring much-needed reform to the state's prison system and criminal justice system. These initiatives are listed below with links to learn more and voice your support.

Reform Initiatives
These initiatives are currently pending to reduce prison sentences and restore justice to everyone impacted by Michigan's criminal justice system.
Second Look Act
The Second Look Act would allow incarcerated individuals to petition their sentencing judges for a reduction in their sentences after they have served 10 years.
Good Time Ballot Initiative
The Good Time Ballot Initiative would allow incarcerated individuals to earn time off their sentences through good behavior in prison.
Ending Juvenile Life Sentences
The Juvenile Sentence Reform Bills would make all persons convicted of crimes committed when they were under 19 years old eligible for parole after serving 10 years.
